My favorite brainstorming activity is using lists/ columns to organize the articles. I will make 3 columns (one for each source) where I can write down quotes or paraphrase ideas that I think I could use in my essay. When annotating these sources, I have gotten better at focusing on things that will be beneficial later on. I mark these and then when I have finished all three pieces, I will go back and make my lists. This strategy just helps me organize and not get confused between the sources. Also, it is helpful to see connections between the different sources and when I begin my draft, I can just pull the quotes right from there.

Tentative Thesis:

Art and science need to work together and be used together, in order to allow growth and enhance the health field.

Claim Sentences:

We need another aspect of thinking than just strictly math and science. 

There needs to be a middle ground where art can use science and science can use art.

Since the human body and the world are both so complex, using art can provide a visual that will allow you to make connections and comprehend the complexity.

Art does not only refer to drawing and paintings but also dancing which can teach cooperation and collaboration and those are necessary skills to have as a nurse.
